Board note: childcare_provider via HI-DHS-CCPS: DHS Child Care Provider Search (Power Pages). The page calls two Power Automate HTTP triggers directly (plain JSON POST, no token/captcha): search {ProviderName (>=3 chars, substring of licensee or facility name), ZipCode, Areas, Type…} → providers (providerType CG caregiver / OR organisation) with services; detail {serviceId} → summary (licenseNumber, licenseType R Regular / P Provisional, licensed, effective/expiration, capacity, service type 01–12), details (address, hours, accreditations), history (status + licence history). Licence numbers are not searchable: a number claim searches the claimant's last name and matches licenseNumber on the candidates' details (≤8). Homes (CG) are licensed to the caregiver → verified when the claimant is the provider name; organisation licences → ambiguous_match. Teachers are HTSB (403 to plain GET, not covered).
