PrimaryCheck looks the license up live at the board's public verification system (board lookup) by license number, or by name when no number is supplied. The record the board publishes is captured as evidence, hashed, and rendered into a proof PDF.

Board note: IN-EMS: IDHS Acadis Public Safety Personnel Portal 'Request Verification of Certifications' (plain HTTPS GET …Results?lastName=&firstName=). PSID (nnnn-nnnn) is matched against name hits (PSID cannot be queried over GET; the form POST needs a JS csrfToken). Person page lists every certification (EMS - EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIAN / ADVANCED EMT / PARAMEDIC (License) / EMR) with issued, expiration, Status. No DOB, no discipline columns.
