Board note: md_bar live 2026-11-04 (plain httpx; Drupal GET form + csrf_token, POST lastname/firstname → Atty ID / names / address / phone / Admitted / Status table). No number field or detail page: number claims search the claimed last+first name and pick the row by Atty ID (wrong first name → not_found). Last-name-only capped at 10 rows. HOST THROTTLES: 'You have attempted too many searches' after ~7 searches in a few minutes, lifted after ~30 min; answered as unable_to_verify(source_error). Keep to one search per verification. No DOB so name-only >1 row = ambiguous_match.
