When this board is live, PrimaryCheck will query it directly for status, expiration and disciplinary actions and attach the board's record as evidence. Until then the API answers honestly with unable_to_verify and the reason, and the coverage endpoint reports this row as blocked.

Physician (MD) licenses can carry a multistate privilege under the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact. When the Minnesota record shows a multistate license, the result includes multistate: true and the privilege states. Privilege status is confirmed at the compact's own lookup, never inferred.
