POST search.aspx -> results.aspx with every record inline (name, location, board action + viewer link, hygiene local anesthesia, license type/#/issued/expiration/status, dental anesthesia + sedation permits); footer 'current as of' stamp. Status vocabulary seen: Current (active), Expired, Deceased. Name search is a contains match; the same number exists for a dentist and a hygienist, so by-number lookups filter by license type. Site states it is a primary source.
