Board note: PPSB Active Licensees Search on the Board's Permitium portal (plain JSON GET /api/searchactives, captured 2026-11-04). Lists ACTIVE licensees (PI, PI Associate, Security Guard & Patrol, Armored Car, CPP, polygraph, digital forensics…) and certified trainers; employee registrants are not searchable (entityType=registrant → 400), so security_guard verifies only a person holding the Guard & Patrol licence. not_found = not an active licensee.
