How Utah Pharmacist license verification works

A Pharmacist in Utah is licensed by the UT Board of Pharmacy. When this board is live, PrimaryCheck will query it directly for status, expiration and disciplinary actions and attach the board's record as evidence. Until then the API answers honestly with unable_to_verify and the reason, and the coverage endpoint reports this row as blocked.

What a Pharmacist license check returns

`name`	Last name or declared alias matches; first name exact or nickname
`license_type`	The record is a Pharmacist license, strictly (no near-miss types)
`status`	The board shows an active status; probation is active with a flag
`expires`	Expiration is on or after today, where the board publishes it
`disciplinary_actions`	Recorded and flagged with any order documents; never silently dropped
