The interactive search (ECARES 'CCX', childcare.dfs.wyo.gov) needs an account, so the roster is the public primary; active facilities only → absent = not_found. FCCH/FCCC are licensed to the Director/Provider → verified when the claimant is the facility name or the printed director/provider; CCC → ambiguous_match unless the claimant is the director. Teachers are PTSB (Salesforce, not covered).
