How Virginia Paramedic license verification works

Board note: VA-OEMS: Office of EMS Provider Search (Oracle APEX 24.2 classic-report ajax, plain HTTPS, no captcha; VDH calls it primary source verification). Lists CURRENT certifications only - a lapsed certification looks like not_found (note on the result). Number prefix letter = level (B EMT, C AEMT, E Paramedic), matches with or without the letter. 50 rows/page; no DOB; no status or enforcement columns (OEMS enforcement actions are a separate search).
